On September 10, 2025, the Managing Directors of Top Cap Holding GmbH and IMV Innovation Marketing und Vertriebs GmbH signed a licensing agreement that gives Top Cap Holding exclusive use of ‘SpinClip’ technology in its target markets. Based on simple rivet-spinner technology, ‘SpinClip’ expands Top Cap's portfolio, which already includes ‘the click cap’, an innovative, scalable, and cost-effective resealable end for beverage cans. The company plans to begin mass production of ‘the click cap’ in 2026.
